A finger on the P.U.L.S.E of mental health help

If your mental health is suffering from the stresses of everyday life and you need to talk to somebody in a safe, non judgemental space then the new community support group that has opened up in Skelmersdale’s Concourse is for you.

Three Little Birds is open in the P.U.L.S.E premises, on the ground floor of the Concourse, opposite Farm Foods on a Thursday 2pm – 7pm. A non funded, volunteer lead group will offer you a friendly ear and some great advice.

Run by Skelmersdale P.U.L.S.E and IMAGO training, who offer courses on mental health awareness and training for people with mental health issues to equip them with the skills they need to cope, you can be sure that you will be getting the best advice.

Three Little Birds is a new service, having opened on the 2nd August 2018 but they are there now, to listen to you, every Thursday.

So, do not suffer alone. If you need some help, advice or someone to just talk to, get yourself down to Three Little Birds. They will give you the help that you need.
