Lancashire Adult Learning taster sessions at Parbold Library

Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment. This taster session will provide you with an opportunity to consider what mindfulness is in more detail, and recognise how it may have the potential to improve your life. Adults aged 19+
