Tai Chi is a very gentle, slow-moving exercise that is easy to learn and has many health benefits.

Regular practice of Tai Chi will help:

  • Reduce Blood Pressure
  • Regulate Blood Sugars
  • Improve balance and coordination
  • ease muscle and joint pain
  • Increase joint mobility
  • Improve mental and physical wellbeing
  • Significantly reduce stress.

Tai Chi is suitable for all ages, and the exercises can be done seated or standing. Why not give it a go? There are lots of friendly people in the group and you will be made to feel welcome, no matter if you’re new or have tried Tai Chi before.
