KTB Music’s Director, Katy Bradley has been selected as a finalist for prestigious Enterprise Vision Award after being nominated for Young Entrepreneur of the Year.

Katy has been teaching music in the Preston area for 18 years this Summer, and that job heads a list of many enterprises Katy has been responsible for over the years. Katy began KTB Music in 2009 to bring music to people of all walks of life, represented well in the choirs she runs around the Longton and Leyland area, along with the KTB Concert Band run by KTB Music in Penwortham Community Centre. Her infectious enthusiasm encourages everyone to get involved, whatever their experience or standard: music is for everyone.

KTB Music is dedicated to bringing a better quality of musical life through education and has recently stepped up to run the extra-curricular music tuition in Penwortham Priory Academy, bringing music to as many young people as possible.

As well as recently releasing her debut singer, Katy often performs as an after dinner speaker, or an ambient background music lounge singer and has performed all over the north west including The Philharmonic Hall in Liverpool and The Lowry in Salford. As an entertainer, Katy made her debut at the stunning Blackpool Opera House earlier this year, performing alongside Jimmy Cricket in BBC Lancashire’s Gilly’s Comedy Gala, raising money for Comic Relief.

To show your support for Katy, you can vote for her at www.ktbmusic.com or visit on the finalist page at www.enterprisevisionawards.co.uk. Voting closes on Friday 8th September at midnight.
