During the event – Sat Aug 5th/Sun Aug 6th – Car park attendants; making/selling tea and cakes, clearing tables, selling ice-cream; litter picking;
On the Friday (Aug 4th) –putting bunting up, setting up tables and chairs, moving scenery, general setting up of the event
On the Monday (Aug 7th) –clearing up (sandwiches provided)
For every session worked – 5 hours – a drink and food voucher is provided.
There is to be a meeting for all volunteers upstairs in the Function Room at the Junction Pub, News Lane, Rainford on Wed July 12th at 8 p.m. to meet the crew, allocate jobs and have a short briefing.
