West Lancs Borough Council: Meeting the Budget Challenge Survey 2017

Please complete the survey for organisations

Please see below a message from West Lancs Borough Council about the Meeting the Budget Challenge Survey 2017:

“West Lancashire Borough Council is inviting community groups and local businesses to give their views on the Borough Council’s policy options for savings, efficiencies and increases in income to balance the budget for 2018/19.

The Council is facing significant financial challenges, like many councils in the country, and we need to continue to reduce spending and generate income.

The Meeting the Budget Challenge Survey 2017 gives your organisation or business a chance to influence the decisions the Council will make.

To complete the survey on behalf of your organisation see survey link here

The survey will take around ten minutes to complete.

If you feel you are not the appropriate person, then please notify the person who can give views on behalf of your organisation.

We will only be able to accept one response on behalf of each organisation. If members of your organisation wish to give their views as individual residents they can do so by completing the survey for residents on the council website

If you would prefer to submit your organisation’s views by letter or email, or if you would prefer a paper version of the survey or a large-print copy, please contact Jane McNeice, Partnership and Project Officer: tel 01695 585380, email jane.mcneice@westlancs.gov.uk

The deadline for submitting views is 3 September 2017. The Council will consider the results in October 2017.

We hope you will be able to take part. The views of local organisations and businesses are important and we’d like to thank you, in advance, for taking the time to influence important decisions about Council services”.
